50 Years of The San Francisco Moive Festival

Guys, the video down there is the San Francisco International Film Festival 50-year celebration. It is well-known worldwidely that America is one of the biggest countries in the world as well as their films.
From 1957, the most oringinal movie started in San Francisco, meanwhile, many film actors were coming to the public's sight.
For the next 4 decades, since 1977, with the economic growth, films were becoming one part in business or commerce, ads, shows and famous movie stars appeared in 1987-1997, by the way, i love Nicholas most! :)
After 1997, there was a peak for movies in America, lots of movie stars were becoming more popular and many of them are from Asia or Europe. Up till now, as we can see the develpment of movies, 3D, HD, BlueRay are all created in these days, people who love movies are really enjoying!!

History of movie:
The first movie began in the late 1880s. These movies only use some pictures as carnival novelty. As one of the first technological precursors of film - pinhole camera, it makes pictures become the "movie", but these earily movies just have frames, they did not have voice. In addition, there are only two colcrs in these movies, black and white. However, these moviees are not story. They are only some "moving-pictures". In 1900s, movies began have stoy-line. In 1950s, there is a new conception in movie. It called 3D. In this movies, people can feel real world. For example, in some movies, some water alway spurt out. In the later years, movies take out "future". Some directors began play movies about "future". For example, the stae ware. some people say that, movie can change people life and bring pleasure to people.

It grossed US$128 million in the United States, becoming the highest-grossing foreign-language film in American history.

Martial arts film

As a  sub-genre of the action film, martial arts films contain numerous martial arts fights between characters, usually as the films' primary appeal and entertainment value, and often as a method of storytelling and character expression and development. There are two famouse actors must be mentioned: Bruce Lee and Jackie Chan.
As a harbinger of martial arts instructor, philosopher, and filmmaker, Bruce Lee made Kung Fu movies popular and increadable throught the world. Alought Bruce Lee passed away at an early age and only left us 4 and half masterpieces, his achievement is still been worshiping and imitating by the audiences.

Jackie Chan who is known for his acrobatic fighting style, comic timing, use of improvised weapons, and innovative stunt. Jackie Chan created his screen persona as a response to Bruce Lee, and the numerous imitators who appeared before and after Lee's death. Additionally, Chan has stated that he deliberately styles his movement which brings a new revelution to martial arts films.

If you are considering getting into the movie making business, it is crucial to understand that low budget film making is the best place to start. People only focus on how interesting and how frightened about the movie, and there is a lot of very difficult or amazing scene which appeared in the movie. So this video just briefly show the process of how to make a movie, and that software is free. If u know how to use that skills, u can make a movie by yourself at home. And this movie is assosciated with out next assignment, that is making a small movie, we can use all the resourse from this part. Overall, we can summary the process into several matters need attention or some advices.
1:Use A Camera You Already Have
There is no sense in buying a big fancy Hollywood type of camera. Many B movies have been shot on digital cameras.
2:Shoot At Ordinary Locations
The best places to shoot movies is at your home, parks, your vehicle and basically anywhere else you can shoot without paying a fee. Talk to your friends and see if they’ll let you shoot at their place. Maybe a relative of yours has a cool venue like a warehouse or something they’ll let you shoot at. Keep it simple for now.

3:There Is No Perfect Take
Don’t wait around for the perfect take or the perfect scene. Your actors are not being paid so they are not going to want to wait around for you to get the perfect shot. Take all the shots you need and edit later. Your goal here is to release a low budget movie, not a Hollywood production.

4:Good Is Good Enough
Remember, you are learning low budget film making before you even waste your time on film college or film schools, so good is good enough. Edit the film and roll it out the door for production. Finally, the movie started to became popular.

i think everyone know these two movies. its really classic. the main characteristic of these two movies is the 3D visual. A 3D or 3-D (three-dimensional) film or 3D film is a motion picture that enhances the illusion of depth perception. Derived from stereoscopic photography, a regular motion picture camera system is used to record the images as seen from two perspectives, and special projection hardware and/or eyewear are used to provide the illusion of depth when viewing the film. 3D films are not limited to feature film theatrical releases; television broadcasts and direct-to-video films have also incorporated similar methods, especially since 3D television and Blu-ray 3D. Why people use this skills into these movie, its makes people perceived how great is the movie it is and enjoy  the vivid scene,  its likely be personally on the scene.

The improvement of technology

According to this image, that was the movie equipment in old age, just use the simple projector, and all the movie are black and white version, no any other colour, so it looks like every scene looks like the weather is cloudy. Even on the morning, u cant see the sunshine from the movie, lack of vivid image and scene is a big disadvantage. The second image is a new equipment recently year, it has a big improvement then before, now people see the beautiful views or some vivid position all due of the new equipment.
